How to Book
We hope that, having looked through this website, you will decide to book with YSE. To check availability or ask us any questions, please email us on sales@yseski.co.uk or telephone 0845 122 1414 (local rate – max 3.36p per minute). From overseas, dial +44 (0)1935 816550.
Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (9 to 5.30 from May to October) and on some Saturday mornings from October to April. At all other times, please leave a message or send an email and we will reply as soon as we re-open.
If the holiday you want is available, you may hold an Option for up to three days. The Option will expire automatically, but please contact us if you want to extend it or if you require any more information before booking.
If you decide to proceed, please let us know, then send a completed and signed Booking Form with a deposit of £150 per bed.
PAYMENTThe Party Leader must handle all aspects of the booking and make one single payment. If we are required to debit more than one credit or debit card in respect of a group booking, we may charge an administration fee of £25 per booking.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to YSE Limited.
If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer (BACS or FPC) our bank details are: Account number: 26089149
Please check that bank charges are not deducted from the YSE balance. We will add any bank charges incurred by us onto your booking.
If you are booking within eleven weeks of departure, we will require full payment with the Booking Form. We cannot accept personal cheques for bookings made within 14 days of departure.
Please note that credit card payments will be subject to a 1.5% fee (booking deposits excepted). Payments by debit card or cheque do not incur a surcharge. We do not accept AMEX cards.
Late payments made by credit card will be charged a further 2%.
CONFIRMATION AND INVOICEOn receipt of your Booking Form (and payment) we will email you a Confirmation and Invoice, which you should check carefully as we will issue your flight tickets using this information, so it must be accurate.
The Confirmation and Invoice will state the balance still due to YSE and the date by which your payment must reach us, ten weeks before departure. No further reminder will be sent, but you may tick the automatic payment box on the back of the Booking Form to be sure that payment is taken on the correct day.
If, having received your Confirmation and Invoice, you wish to change any details, please email or call us. Some changes may incur amendment fees as laid out in the Booking Conditions.
TICKETSTwo weeks before departure, as long as we have received full payment, all names, and confirmation that all party members are insured, we will email your travel documents including your e-ticket(s). Please check these carefully and let us know if any details are incorrect. As stated above, late changes may incur amendment fees. |
Booking Form
We must have a signed Booking Form from every Party Leader.
There are two versions of the form to download: 1) If you would like a Booking Form that you can print and fill in by hand, sign and post, please click here. 2) If you would like a Booking Form that you can fill in on your computer, save as a PDF onto your own computer and then email to us as an attachment, please click here.
