If you are not flying with us

Guests who tell us when booking that they are making their own way to Val d’Isère receive a £50 discount (£25 if staying in a half-price extra bed or paying the £100 baby administration charge, or travelling on the first week or last week of the season). This may not seem much, but having chartered our own aircraft and coaches to whisk you there faster than anything except a private jet and helicopter, we don’t want to encourage you to spurn them.

If you book YSE flights and you subsequently cancel these flights, we are unable to apply the Own Transport discount mentioned above.

If you are not flying with us but have booked a YSE transfer from Grenoble to Val d’Isère, please ensure that you reach our coaches by 12.30 at the latest. We regret that we cannot wait if you are delayed. The YSE transfer arrives in the resort at around 4.30pm from Grenoble Airport.

If you are making your own way to Val d'Isère, please tell us your approximate time of arrival at the chalet as this is helpful for the chalet staff. For your information, lift passes will be arranged by the chalet staff on your arrival. Please note that the chalets will not be available until 4pm on the day of arrival. Luggage can be dropped off before this time but the accommodation will not be ready. On your day of departure, the chalet must be vacated by 10am.
